Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of accepting these terms. Account information must be accurate and kept current. You are responsible for your credentials and activity under your account. Notify Praise Haûs promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
Music, editorial and digital content
Content is provided for personal, informational and entertainment purposes. Availability, release information and features may change. Nothing on the website grants ownership of recordings, compositions, artwork, writing, brands or other protected material.
Purchases, merchandise and digital services
Prices, availability, taxes, shipping and fulfilment estimates may change before an order is accepted. Orders may be declined or cancelled for inventory, pricing, payment, fraud or legal reasons. Additional Shipping and Return and Refund Policies apply. Digital products or services may have specific conditions disclosed at purchase.
User submissions
If you submit messages, reviews, creative material, music, images or other content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and that the submission is lawful. Unless separate written terms state otherwise, you grant Praise Haûs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display the submission as reasonably necessary to review it, provide the requested service or publish it with your permission. Submission does not guarantee publication, promotion or compensation.
Intellectual property
Praise Haûs names, logos, interface designs, original content and related materials are owned by or licensed to Praise Haûs and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, modify or exploit them without permission, except for limited personal use allowed by law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website; violate law or another person’s rights; upload malicious code; interfere with security or operation; impersonate others; harvest data; attempt unauthorized access; submit deceptive information; or use automated systems in a manner that burdens the service.
Third-party services
The website may use or link to Google, Stripe, Printful, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram and other services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Praise Haûs is not responsible for third-party services beyond obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and termination
Praise Haûs may suspend or terminate access, remove content or restrict features where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, prevent harm, comply with law or maintain the service. You may stop using the website at any time.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Praise Haûs disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, revenue or opportunity arising from use of the website. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, violation of these terms or infringement of another person’s rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
